investing.lk is a capital introduction and matchmaking platform connecting verified investors with verified Sri Lankan businesses seeking capital. We are a matchmaking and discovery service only. We are not a licensed broker, investment advisor, or financial institution. We do not hold, manage, or transfer funds on behalf of any user.

By creating an account or using investing.lk, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use investing.lk. By registering, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of Sri Lanka.

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. All accounts are subject to manual verification by our team before full access is granted. We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or terminate any account that fails our verification standards or violates these Terms.

investing.lk facilitates introductions between investors and founders. We do not provide investment advice, guarantee returns, hold or transfer funds, or verify the accuracy of financial projections beyond document review. All investment decisions are made independently by each user. You are solely responsible for your own due diligence.

You agree not to provide false or misleading information, use the platform unlawfully, circumvent the verification or matching process, contact other users outside the platform before a match is approved, or share other users' confidential information without consent.

All listings must be submitted by verified founders and are reviewed by our team before going public. We reserve the right to reject, modify, or remove any listing that violates our guidelines or appears misleading.

Messaging is only available after both parties are verified and a match is approved by our team. Message content is confidential and not read by investing.lk except where required for moderation or legal compliance.

investing.lk is currently free to use during the launch period. We reserve the right to introduce fees with reasonable prior notice.

All content, design, and technology on investing.lk is owned by its operators. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

investing.lk is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any user-submitted content, deal listing, or profile information.

To the fullest extent permitted by Sri Lankan law, investing.lk and its operators shall not be liable for any loss or harm arising from use of the platform, including investment losses, failed introductions, or reliance on information from other users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
