Sign up as a founder or investor in under a minute. Provide your basic information and the documents we need to verify you.

Our team manually reviews every profile — usually within 1–2 business days. We check identity, business registration, and source-of-funds documents.

Verified investors browse a catalog of admin-reviewed deals. Founders submit listings that go live only after our team approves them.

Investors send a short intro request with an indicative ticket size. Our team reviews every request before any contact details are shared.

Once admins approve the intro, a private conversation opens between investor and founder. investing.lk only facilitates — no money flows through us.
